Chaga has been known to reverse cancers. It heals the tissues of the body on many levels. Highest ORAC of anything on the planet. This web site has a lot of papers & studies on Chaga research, and very reasonably priced extract available in many different sizes. This is my account site. You can get a buck or two off if you purchase through this account site as opposed to the main web site.
The cellulite cream page has info about using Chaga extract for weight loss. The suggestion is to add the extract to drinking water and then drink it at onset of hunger. I have been sipping it throughout the day and find it truly does curb the appetite, and provide energy, reducing the need for food. I find that adding chaga to tea or coffee boosts the duration of energy, and amplifies the “healing” properties of the chaga extract.
I add a dropperful or two to my coffee to make it more of a zippy health drink…actually lasts longer than coffee by itself! The chaga has a pleasant, very mild flavor, in an alcohol base. Add it to water, your colonic bag, douche, whatever. Great stuff.
Excerpt from one of my favorite teachers, Gahl, taken from his e-zine, “SpiriTalk Newsletter – CosmicNavigator.com”.
Mercury starts his retrograde motion on Jan 11th right after the Full Moon. Mercury will turn direct on Jan 31st. Since Mercury is the planet of tricks, it is tricky to say how Mercury Retro will affect you personally. I have noticed that the best, funniest, and hmm, most embarrassing synchronicities tend to happen in Mercury Retrograde. Mercury Retrograde is a worm hole between lifetimes, dimensions and parallel lives. It creates short-cuts and destroys them right after. Like the stairways in the corridors of Hogwarts, once used they move away. This means that while communication on the mundane level might be hindered, channeling, dreams, aha moments and all other extra sensory communication will be favored and experienced more frequently. In other words, if you are waiting for a check it might take time, or never show up but if you are waiting for an answer from God it will travel faster then light. Here are a few tips that can help you in the next three weeks:
* Back your computer files
* Check your bank statements for fraud or mistakes
* Take longer to drive to meeting, expect traffic to be heavier
* Don’t sign contracts if possible
* Be extra careful from slips of tongues
* Edit and or read emails twice before you send them
* Revisit old projects, ideas and rework them
* Be extra careful when downloading and or upgrading programs
* Don’t buy any new electronic equipment
* Reconnect to old friends, reconcile rebuild past connections
The Chinese New Year, Solar eclipse and New Moon in Cancer will be on Jan 26th. It is going to be a fresh new start for 2009 and can be viewed as the real beginning of the energies of the year. I hope you all have a great New Year and may everything you need (not necessarily want) come to you in an effortless flow…

Happy New Year! I heard this on KFWB news radio on Dec 31, 2008. Felt it inspiring and thought provoking enough to seek out the transcript to share with you. It is from Michael Josephson, of the Josephson Institute for Ethics http://charactercounts.org/michael/. I hope you will read it, maybe get something positive from it, and share it as well.
It’s a wise custom to end an old year and begin a new one with serious self-reflection. What did you learn this year that can improve your life and make you a better person?
Start by examining the way you think and feel about your job, your relationships, and yourself. After all, the single most important factor in personal happiness and your impact on others is your attitude.
In the geometry of life, the axiom is “positive attitudes produce positive results.” They make success more likely, failures less harmful, pleasures more frequent, and pain more bearable. Some people tend to bring warm sunshine wherever they go; others bring cold chills. What do you bring?
To find out where you can improve, take an honest inventory of your predispositions, the attitude you’re most likely to start with.
• Are you generally optimistic or pessimistic?
• Do you tend to assume the best or expect the worst of people?
• Is your first instinct to be empathetic or judgmental?
• Is your first instinct to be supportive or critical?
• Do you send the message that you enjoy life or that you’re barely enduring it?
• Do you come across as the captain of your own ship or simply a passenger?
Wherever you are on the positive-attitude spectrum, think how much better things could be if you were more consistently and self-consciously optimistic, empathetic, supportive, grateful, enthusiastic, hopeful, and cheerful.
So why not resolve to think, act, and speak more positively about yourself, your family, your coworkers, and everyone else in your life?
This is Michael Josephson reminding you that character counts.
The movie The Secret has changed collective consciousness and has brought a new level of awareness, and hope to millions of people. But it does not tell the entire story or give complete instructions.
There is no one single right way to do anything. There are many right ways to do something – choose the one that resonates best for you.
I recently completed a wonderful 4 week teleclass for “soul proprietors”, called Live Your Passion Through Music, developed and presented by Christine Stevens, MSW, MT-BC, founder of upbeatdrumcircles.com
During the course, she recommended this site: www.the5keystomastery.com/
The 5 keys are listed on the web site, but the thing to do is get the DVD. I bought it and watched it. Way more inspirational and instructive for anyone achieving personal success as a businessman, athlete, artist or musician – any passion you have. Way better than The Secret. THIS DVD is the one to see!
I love sunrises and sunsets. The image above is a triad – earth, air, water.
Most healer’s sites are bright, pretty colors or lots of white. I chose this template because I was moved by the imagery. I treasure the most colorful time of the day at sunrise and sunset, because it is the beginning of a new day, or the end. The Sunrise and sunset is the time of transition. It only lasts a few minutes. Then it is sunny for many hours, or it is night time for many hours.
This web site is mostly black because it symbolizes the purest place to draw light. It is in the darkness where we are able to draw the most light.
I recently experienced my very first sweat lodge. It was a very intense experience. The sweat lodge is a small dome-shaped ti pi with a pit either in the East or in the center. I was with 13 people. When the flap is closed, we are in pitch blackness. Red hot lava rocks are placed into the pit in preparation of each “round” of prayers. There are 4 rounds, signifying the 4 directions of the Medicine Wheel. The prayers begin. The leader pours the water on the rocks and begins to gradually bring the steam and warmth up to about 98 degrees, about the same temperature as the human body. The lodge is an amalgam of the womb – the womb of Mother Earth. I had alot of trouble, physically, adapting to the environment. But that was my work. Everyone has thier own personal experience in the sweat lodge. It is not easy. But it is very transformational. Very incredible. Much light can be brought in the darkness.
Words cannot describe the power of the experience. I felt totally different afterwards. I think we all did.
A triad is any group of 3. For example: Mind, Body, Spirit; Client, Practitioner, and the energy between; Mother, Father, Child; Oxygen, Water, Nutrients; Conscious self, Subconscious self, High (or god) self; etc. Much of my work is related to the triad. The number three is a very powerful number by itself. It is a third of a yet even more powerful number, 9.
